AMP Research Powerstep Override Switch With STA1 Controller

The AMP Research 79105-01A PowerStep Override Switch With STA1 Controller allows you to manually control your AMP Research PowerStep with an in-cab override switch. Whether you want to keep the steps from retracting for off-road scenarios, or want them extended down for washing, this switch gives you full control of your PowerStep. The switch is easily installed on the dash and is then wires directly to the PowerStep controller.
 
This switch gives you (3) different options: Override Retract (Up) - Keeps the steps up and out of the way, regardless of what you do with the doors, Automatic Mode (Middle) - Steps are automatically activated by deploying when door is open, and retracting when closed. Override Deploy (Down) - Keeps the steps ready for use, regardless of what you do with the doors.
