Cancellation Policy
To cancel and reschedule your appointment, please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you plan to cancel and not reschedule, or cancel under 24 hours before your appoinment, a $30 cancellation fee will be credited to your account. To pay, please contact apredlinemoto@gmail.com. Fee must be paid before another appointment may be scheduled. If an appointment is cancelled within 12 hours of being made the $30 fee does not apply. (Cancellation Fees do not accumulate late fees.)
Payment/Payout Account Policies
Payments for clients without Payout accounts MUST provide payment once a single work period or "call" has finished. (A Work Period or "Call" is defined as the start and end of an Appointment. The service technician on "Call" is deemed responsible for deciding when the start and end of an Appointment, "Call" or Work Period may happen.)
Clients with Payout accounts will have a pre-authorized payment plan arranged for diagnostics and repair work performed. Pre-Authorization for Payout accounts can only be made by Gus Linnebur. Payment plans must be made in writing and approved by both Gus Linnebur and the client before work may begin. Gus Linnebur reserves the right to deny or terminate any payout account(s) whenever he deems necessary. Terminated accounts must be paid in full to avoid late fees. Late fees will accumulate when accounts are unpaid past Thirty (30) Days. Once Thirty (30) Days has passed, late fees will accumulate at a rate of five percent (5%) every Thirty (30) Days preceding until the account is paid in full.
